1. TERMS

In order to process your order, we require 1/2 of the total amount be paid when your order is placed. The balance must be paid before your order is shipped. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard or Visa. Shipping charges are not included in the sale price of the furniture.

2. DELIVERY

A) DRNC requires delivery by a common carrier specializing in furniture delivery. All items will generally be shipped within 6 to 8 weeks of your purchase. This time period is only an estimate based upon past experience. All shipments are made FOB our loading dock.
B) A representative of the common carrier that will deliver your items will contact you to arrange delivery. Shipping charges are 3rd party bill collect. Prior to delivery you will need to provide written directions to your home. We reserve the right to have items shipped in one or more shipments.
C) You are responsible for notifying us in advance of any special delivery conditions and for ensuring the merchandise will fit through doorways, stairways, corridors, elevators, etc. If delivery to a designated area is not reasonably possible, delivery will be made to an accessible area as determined by the delivery personnel.
D) In some cases, a delivery may require additional help/equipment or be subject to special transportation or toll charges to access your property. All additional charges are your responsibility. In the event that the delivery location is not accessible by the common carrier's vehicles, the delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point and you will be responsible for delivery from that point.
E) You will be assessed a redelivery charge in the event that no one is present to accept a scheduled delivery or such delivery is cancelled or refused.
